Biomass as Base Material (Syahriani Syahrir as a Supervisor and Rohmiyatul
Islamiyati as a Co-Supervisor).
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the nutrient content of
rice straw and mulberry leaves as complete feed silage base material and soo the
right combination. This study was designed according to Completely Randomized
Design (CRD). Consists of 6 treatments and 4 replications ie A1: 50% Rice Straw +
50% Concentrate + 0% Biomass Mulberry,
J2: 50% Rice Straw + 40% Concentrate + 10% Biomass mulberry, J3: 50%
Rice Straw + 30% Concentrate + 20% BiomassMulberry,
J4: 50% Rice Straw + 20% + Concentrate 30% Biomass mulberry, J5: 50% Rice Straw +
10% Concentrate + 40% Biomass
Mulberry, J6: 50% Rice Straw + 0% Concentrate
+ 50% Biomass mulberry. Analysis of variance showed
that the significant effect (P <0 .05="" and="" ash="" betn="" crude="" fiber="" span="">.But not significantly effect
(P> 0.05) on crude protein and crude fat. It was concluded that mulberry
leaves can be used for silage feed complete with the right combination in the
treatment of J3.
