ostreatus) of medium waste at different incubation period as Feed.
This research aim to
investigate Nutrient Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) of medium
waste at different incubation period as alternative feed. This research used 20
medium waste of Pleurotus ostreatus. The design used was completely
randomized design (CRD) (Gaspersz, 1992) which consists of 5 treatments and 4
replications, namely T0 (medium waste without Pleurotus ostreatus seeds
), T1 (medium waste of Pleurotus ostreatus incubated for 1 month), T2
(medium waste of Pleurotus ostreatus incubated for 2 month), T3 (medium
waste of Pleurotus ostreatus incubated for 3 month) dan T4 (medium waste
of Pleurotus ostreatus incubated for 4 month). Analysis of variance
showed that treatment significant (P <0 .05="" and="" betn="" but="" crude="" fibre="" not="" on="" protein="" significant=""> 0.05) on crude fat content. Nutritional
content medium waste of oyster mushroom is best incubation period of 4 months
(T4) because it has the crude protein, BETN and crude fiber are better than
