The Effect of Cassabio
(Onggok-Urea-Zeolit That Fermented by Aspergillus niger) on Broiler Performance

The objective of the
experiment was to study the effect of cassabio (onggokurea-zeolit and 1,5%
Amonium Sulfate that fermented with Aspergillus niger) on broiler performance.
Two hundred and fourty day old chicks (DOC) of Ross Strain were used in this
experiment. Broilers were exposured on five treatments and five levels of
cassabio. The treatment rations were C0 (addition of 0% cassabio), C10
(addition of 10% cassabio), C20 (addition of 20% cassabio), C30 (addition of
30% cassabio), and C40 (addition of 40% cassabio). Completely randomized design
was used as experiment design with five treatments and four replications. Data
observed were feed consumption, body weight gain, feed convertion, percentage
of carcass, and mortality. The result indicated that there was significantly
